At one point they used a sheet of plywood as a plow and pushed boxes out of the trailer. Keep in mind that these were boxes for an Arts & Crafts show. There were broken boxes and contents spilled everywhere. Needless to say, I'm sure there were a lot of unhappy people showing up to their booths the next day. Although it wasn't UPS that damaged all those boxes, in the customer's mind it was all UPS and I'm sure UPS paid plenty of claims due to situations like that. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10px"></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
