United Parcel Service Inc. said it is "significantly" expanding its stocking network in India and creating a customer support center in the Philippines as part of plans to offer increased services to high-tech companies expanding in the region.
The move will help companies serving the region cut down on sourcing time and give UPS the ability to support them by adding locations where it can offer same-day services, the company said.
