Might be withheld at a higher rate but the actual tax would not change unless it bumps you into a higher tax bracket.

I'm just saying they designed the buyout application in a way that I have all the info I need to sign you up to quit working at UPS. I am in a right to work state some freeloaders might end up voluntarily separated.
