Sad part is...it was listed at 1.5 million...someone came and paid 2 million cash...just to say they live in Silicon Valley...it’s sickening...I know i choose to work for Ups...but we get absolutely hosed out here as far as pay goes

Built in 1953 and only 848 square feet. 15x the price per square foot compared to where I am, LOL. So it'd be $133,000ish.
