UPS Freight and EDCOR tuition reimbursement

Is it available to UPS Freight? I used to work for UPS Small Pack and wow what a culture shock coming to freight! They really need to work on making the culture the same across the board! So anyway is EDCOR available to freight? And can I transfer out of freight? I may start driving for them... Input?

Tuition reimbursement isn't contractually mandated and is offered on a center-by-center basis. For example, its offered at my hub, but not at the package center 30 miles from here.

And no, you cannot transfer out of freight. At least, not to my knowledge.
