Is this happening anywhere else?.. at almost every pcm we are being encouraged to download the ups go app. Starting to seem suspicious.

Nothing suspicious at all. I downloaded it and other than the annoying alerts I rarely notice it.

Upsers.com is more than enough for me.
I use the time card viewer to make sure my hours are correct and to make sure I got credit for pulling a set.

I don't need them keeping track of me off the clock too. And don't think they don't. Every app does.

PCM Friday was that 30 people in our building have it. "How do you know?" center manager, big smile on his face, "I don't know, that is what I was told. Goal is for everyone to have it installed."

Absolutely not. I will not have a company app on my phone that may or may not allow the company to see what I am doing on my free time.
Eff that.

The latest glossy 8 page UPS magazine that shows up in your mail box every few months had an article about it. What I took from the article is that they want to have the opportunity to brainwash us all the time.

I got a good laugh at the reviews eating breakfast. Then I thought...what did I really expect from UPS? Same company with new DIAD thing in the trucks that will make us all replaceable during a strike, right? LMFAO.
