Ups Ibt Calculator not giving me credit for 2017

Hi I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I worked 2460 hours in 2017 but the pension calculator is giving me no credit for 2017.

upsers.com after you run the numbers click on calculation details and that's were I see no credit for 2017.

What's really strange is I have 2460 EXTRA hours credit on my pension calculator? Crazy right? I can retire years early if this keeps up!

Did everyone forget who the employer is?
They cannot get dispatches right, and we expect them to get OUR info right?

I would imagine for this system to work correctly, this would require the company and the Union to communicate promptly, accurately, and openly with one another.
Let that sink in.

That's why they closed down their payroll dept. and out sourced it years ago.
