Based on what I have heard from reliable sources, operations sups have it even rougher now than 20 years ago.

That being said, is that what our new salary bands and the pay grades within each band are supposed to be addressing? Kinda seems like it, kinda doesn't.

Just heard that ups America went from 3 regions too two, east and west.

Is this good or bad, let's toss some crap around on this.

Now we will be told of accidents in our region 1000+ miles away from us. The east region had an accident in Puerto Rico yesterday....
