Well , if I remember properly , and I havnt delivered a pkg in 18 yrs , but when you piss a consignee , you still have to answer to the SS , so you treat them all like a customer

Absolutely but in the most technical terms the shipper is your customer.

No. The people on both ends of the package’s trip are our customers. Where do you suppose the money the shipper pays ups came from? If the people we deliver too aren’t ordering, our shippers are out of business.

Then again, we are not their customer. The shipper is their customer. So, they apparently don’t consider the delivery recipient to be of any concern.
