UPS Part-Timer Union Teamster TRAINING New Hires

I attached two JPEG images from the Union Handbook about ‘part time Teamsters training’ other employees as a voluntary position and that if this kind of work is requested from a Full Time Supervisor, the supervisors are required to add an additional $00.50 cents per hour to the employee who worked as a trainer.

Does anyone here know the correct code that the supervisors have to punch in so I can receive this pay on my payroll?

Also, I am currently a “skilled” worker which has added an addition $1.00 dollar pay rate increase for the past several years.

Will that interfere with the $00.50 raise for training other employees as a Union Teamster?

$.50/hr * 3.5 hours is $1.75. Don't spend it all in one place.

I remember someone at my hub demanding this .50 cents for training and they wouldn't give it to him for what he was doing. He made a huge ordeal out of it and eventually got like $10 and was told to never train anyone again and was on a certain supervisors shootlist after that.
