Here's a funny story.We now have a new service called ADL.
One delivery attempt on signature required packages,
and you have to go to the ups store to pick it up.
The sticker says "For your convenience your package will be available
to pick up at this ups store anytime after 10:30 the following business day".
Well,when I went to St Johns Nfld. to help out,the person driving me to
work every day asked me what I thought of ADL.
I said,I felt that the 3 delivery attempts was a service that customers
liked,and that this was a cheap cop out on UPS's part.
I went on to say that I do everything I can to avoid using it.
That's when she said,that was my idea.
But she was a sport and let me have the Ford fusion when I had a day off.
