No one spends more then Ferrari, they are to F1 what the NY Yankees are to baseball.

The past 3 years it's been Red bull . Ferrari is outspending everybody this year because they don't want to lose to Red Bull for a 4th. But the way Vettel is going that looks like it's a for gone conclusion. Red Bull doesn't need all the big sponsors because they have the bank roll to spend. Ferrari needs to win to sell cars. Red Bull also owns Toro Rosso, so when you combine the two Redbull outspends Ferrari.

This is what I always thought too. Ferrari spends the most money in the f1 series, probably double the next guy. Red Bull might spend a small fortune and spend more and more every year but Ferrari has them beat still.

Fernando Alonso is reported to be the highest paid Spanish sportsman or next to that tennis player Nadal. That's a lotta money just for his salary.
