UPS and ST Engineering announced a new partnership Thursday.
Both companies signed a deal to create a pipeline for aspiring aircraft engineers to eventually work for UPS.
The program will allow students to learn about and maintain UPS planes that are sent to Pensacola for repair.
Once they complete ST Engineering's program, they will have the option to interview for a job with UPS.
