Armstrong County District Attorney Scott Andreassi confirmed that his office along with Kiski Township police are waiting for a search warrant to examine the phone's contents. The phone was allegedly found Tuesday by a female employee in the UPS center on River Road. She told police it was recording video at the time. "We've identified a potential suspect in the case. We have identified the phone that was potentially used to record. That phone has been secured," Andreassi said. The suspect is said to be a supervisor at the facility, but no one has been charged as of late Wednesday. No one at the North Apollo UPS would speak about the situation, but a company spokeswoman did release a statement: We are aware of the incident in North Apollo, PA and responded immediately. UPS does not tolerate misconduct from any of our employees and the individual involved is no longer an employee of the company. We are cooperating with local authorities on their related investigation. The DA said a decision should be made soon on whether to file charges, depending on what investigators find in the phone's memory.
