First, it's downsizing. Next is outsourcing. Those of you in TSG, start learning new skills and send out them resume's. Look for small companies that are not public.

I think you are right. I look at being below the line as sort of a blessing. Getting a new job with a 10 grand signing bonus from UPS.

Its sad,whats next,one delivery attempt and "pick it up at the ups store"?Its pure greed.UPS is doing very well.The way they are treating the tech support people is beyond unfair.There are lots of jobs they could take instead of just being railroaded out of the picture.We just lost 5 managers to DHL.Someone at the top has never observed the 5 seeing habits .
UPS has lost its place as a company that cares.God help us .
