You should be able to get paid early for your scheduled vacation picks, but it depends on your relationship with your boss. They have to contact payroll and submit them for payment. If you're a dick....don't hold your breath on that happening. Anyways why get paid while on STD? I'm pretty sure you can't collect vacation money and STD funds at the same time.

You may be able to get paid now for your June vacation but I doubt that they would pay you for both.
