Supplement specific.

Here, the only thing that builds off a progression scale is vacation weeks. Everything else we accure at the same rate as everyone else.

1 week vacation at 1 yr. 2 at 3. 3 at 5. 4 at 10.

Option days, we get the same amount each year regardless of seniority.

Option week days, we also get the same amount each year.

Sick days, we're allowed to accure 6-7 years worth before they are automatically cashed out. We each get the same amount each year. I want to say it's 7 days worth of pay.

Which supplement are you in?

All supplements are different though. In our region we get 2 weeks of vacation at 2 years, for example, and 9 daysof sick pay per year (western/cali)
