Vacation time after 2 years

I’m almost on my second year in the preload and a few seniority co-workers have told me both when you reach your second year you receive 2 week vacation time and I also was told it’s still only a week vacation time. Anyone have an idea on which is true

My wife had 5 weeks the day she started. 8 weeks after 3 years. Wanted to punch her in the face.

My boss is always like Dont you want to split some weeks up? No my wife already has 4 weeks more weeks than me.
