Valet

Im more curious about valet then estar. I think estar has the potential to make things easier. Valet sounds like its coming sooner. Anyone know how thats supposed to work? Could you be doing a different job on the sort everyday based on volume or is it a onetime reassignment?

its going to replace the schedule in the morning where you are assigned to belt pull, unload cans, scan, etc. during the sort.
OPS or whatever it is called will be replaced by Valet, where the system decides what position you will work during the sort based on volume. Between this and estar everyones job is about to get shaken up pretty good it sounds.
There will be training on Valet.

Can’t hire the way it is now. Instead of making peoples schedules more consistent they are throwing them into complete randomness.
