Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, so I apologize if I post in the wrong place. I just have a questiona regarding positions at UPS. I'm presently looking to acquire a Part-Time job at UPS since I'm looking to obtain my Master's and want a Part-Time job just to acquire some income, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the difference in these positions are. They are a Customer Service Associate and a Data Entry/Warehouse job. Both of them are at a UPS Facility, not a Store. Just want to know the difference, if anyone has ever worked in these positions before, or are they simply Package Handler jobs? Thanks! I apologize if I confused anyone!
