Vote yes on 177.

Just at the local 177 meeting. Healthcare looks good. Pension looks good. Also the BA's are looking to get more out of the company.

GOOD JOB 177 UNION REPRESENTATIVES.

I don't see any new jobs. Perhaps replacement as folks retire, but with this president and current economy, telemetrics, etc, no new jobs. Even with that, the company may see overtime as cost savings on the benefits side, and actually cut jobs.

If Local 177 passes this you guys can kiss your pensions goodbye.

This bad deal only guarantees you a .25 cent pension increase over five years. You're pension is already in disarray. You're pension will not survive the life of this contract if you vote Yes for this garbage.

They lied through their teeth on how we would pay for our healthcare. Because that's what we're doing, we're paying for it if this garbage is approved. Do not be fooled by the lies of your business agents and officials.

If this goes through. We will see a lot of people retire. Lots of openings.

How Bad did us retirees and Future Retires make out? Pay more monthly? Pay a deductible which I never had? Pay more for Meds? Just wondering how this contract approval affects even those who someday may regret their yes vote...:dissapointed:

Do MR SUX..... What is your plan to save their pension and how are you affiliated with anyone that is qualified to judge that their plan can "survive"? (We all know they are going to have issues anywhere they go). Please enlighten us on YOUR plan for success because a vote no because of baby boomers is a line of BS.

A lot of this falls on the drivers. When a route is cut instead of guys missing businesses they run and skip lunch proving to the company they no longer need that route. Then that add/cut becomes the drivers new route. If he would instead continue to do his route the same and miss business and/or residential stops the cut route would either go back into place or they would try to intimidate a different driver to run and complete the work. The union can only do so much.
