They are not allowed to supplement the driver fleet. This prevents abuse by using cheap labor to do driver work and they already abuse it. Now the union wants to allow them to do it in mass. If overtime needs to be address put in a few routes and hire the drivers. If you need weekend drivers create a weekend position and if that's not enough offer it to part timers in seniority order. Quit  trying to screw over potentially 1000s of employees by subjecting them to the same work as a RCPD at a much lower rate. Quit trying to piss on everybody's head and calling it rain. 22.4 is a sellout of epic magnitude.</p></blockquote><p></p>
