Thank you for enlightening us Oh wise and powerful Vaginabrown, but as usual you are INCORRECT. TCDs are PART TIME! It is not a full time position and as such cannot be compared and considered equal to a full time position! Let me break it down for you, sharpen your pencil and put your dunce...errr...thinking cap on so maybe you can understand. I’ll use a couple sports analogies to maybe help you out a bit. See, a two tier system is like professional baseball, you've got the major leagues, where guys make a :censored:-ton of money, play 162 games a year. And you've got the minor leagues where guys dont make near as much, but play the same 162 games, same rules, same days, everything is the same except the money. If we had 22.4s and no TCDs, this would be the same type tiered system. In the NFL, youve got the players that practice every day, play on Sunday and make a :censored: ton of money, and you've got the practice squad players who dont make near as much money and are PART TIME because they dont play on Sunday. If there are a number of injuries, they may get called up to fill in. This is NOT a two tiered system because practice squad players are part time, they don't play on sundays. This is like RPCDs and TCDs we have now. Maybe one day you’ll understand a union is more then whats good for YOU, and standing together for the betterment of everyone is what its about. Maybe you can get off the practice squad and play with the big boys.
