W-2 Update 2014

Does anyone know when W-2s will be posted to ADP and are there instructions for downloading our w-2s? A step by step guide would be much appreciated.

I believe you have to wait until after January 31 before you can do it. At least that's what I gathered from it

This is not true.

W-2's are normally online on or around the 20th.

I will let you all know when the W-2s are available on the ADP site. The final 2014 payroll data hasn't been sent to them yet as corrections are still being made by Payroll. I believe it is scheduled to be sent over around mid-week From that point, it takes a week or so for ADP to produce the W-2s.

I realize that with 365K+ employees it would take much longer but I delivered 4 separate packages from ADP which all contained W-2's yesterday.

Maybe they are having a hard time due to people changing deductions to 9 when they got a retro check.

Up until this year, yes but the last couple of years the W-2's had "gratis" on them in front of the amount.
