Login to UPSers.com, use the search box to search for W2. It has the link to ADP and very helpful instructions on how to create an account at my.adp.com, including the necessary info to create an account.
Or you can request it via snail mail:

• Speak to a W-2 Reissue Customer Service Representative, call 1-800-533-7768; available Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. EST except holidays. You will be able to request a copy of your W-2 to be sent via US Mail in 7-10 business days.

Just go to adp website and make an account with your information. Has your w2 on it
