But not having one sure makes it alot easier to smuggle in kids and women for sex-trafficking. Digging tunnels is not an easy thing to do even with heavy equipment. Trust me Ive done construction for over 23 years. Ive seen the huge equipment that it takes to bore tunnels. These people are trying to be quiet and discreet which means primitive tech, which means years to dig. We find one tunnel, we fill it in with concrete, and they have to start all over. *shrug* Thats why we have a CBP in the first place. People will attempt to exploit the border for eternity in all kinds of different ways. The goal is to make it more difficult for them to do so</p></blockquote><p></p>
