I don't get a DOT physical. Haven't had one since I was a cover driver.

I'm gonna guess anyone who gets in an accident while delivering for WalMart will not be covered.

.....so when the driver has a serious accident, WM can say, "well....you had the choice to opt out", thereby, hence relieving WM of any/all liability.
