What does a warning letter consist of and what does it mean?
A warning and "you've been warned."
These are all questions for the guy standing next to you... your Stewart.
eta, it means pull another live trailer again and you're fired.
I heard Stewart is kind of Little.
Hopefully your steward can help you.
I usually don't grammar nazi...but this was even edited...haha...couldn't let it go...sorry bud.
It's UPS slang for Charmin tp.
If you violate the contract or UPS policy, they can and usually will issue you a warning letter. It is a letter sent to your house telling you what you did, what you violated and basically if you continue to do it, it can lead to further disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.
This is the first step to progressive discipline. If you continue to do what they gave you the warning letter for, you can then be suspended. Continue and you can be terminated. Suspension and termination must go through the hearing process first. A warning letter does not.
What'd I miss?
You wrote "Stewart" instead of "steward"
It was just a Little mistake.
I know, but he didn't understand why everyone was making Stewart Little jokes lol
Is the DES a sub-division of Homeland Security?
I thought it was Stuart?
Its only as good as the paper its written on. No biggie. A little change in your routine will help. Do it as they want it done. Then they can't do a thing. Learn the methods
Live and learn by mistakes
