Warning letters ect.

I don't think anyone has said this... Protest all warning letters. Even if you know you deserve it. They don't ever have to give you a warning letter. They could always just give you a verbal. My Stewart told me he does this and I follow it for anything.

I almost got "fired" twice! Once as a part timer and once as a full timer. Plenty of warning letters and I said/He said's.

The full time firing scared me a bit even though it was BS just because I've heard horror stories of drivers getting terminated for much less.

If you just "RTS" these letters can they not do anything to you at all? I always RTS them when I get them or any paper work that even hints at any wrong doing by me so I don't create a paper trail if they really did want to punish me in a serious manner.

30 years and still going / no warning letters / I tend to fly just above the treetops
