Best way to protest a warning letter, what if you know that not everyone got one for doing the same thing.

File an Article 37 grievance on the Warning Letter. Get on the 9.5 list and file EVERY time you are violated. Get a buddy who is pissed off over getting a WL as well,then come in early and file on PT supes working. You file one day and let him witness it. Then he files the next day and you witness.
You are taking at the wrong angle by worrying about the WL's being "fair" .Be a giant PITA and file everytime you can. management are like dogs: you ahve to bop them on the nose when they do something wrong and shove their noses in it when they piss on the floor.
