She is a fool. Not only do they have the 4 year progression but most areas you will not go full time for over 7 years!

100k out of the gate. What a ID10T!
At our hub most of the new feeder drivers come out of the hub and not package because those drivers don't want to chain up for the most part. There is so much work that almost everyone is working close to 60 hours a week. We did have 180 feeder drivers 3 years ago but don't know how many now.

Also in our hub, new feeders start off at top feeder rate.

you should hold your tongue when you don't know what you are talking about.

In your hub!!! Most buildings don't even have feeder departments and if they do it's not even half the number of feeder drivers you had. So when you generalize every knew person as a whining millennial and making 100k out the gate. You sound like a ID10T.

Like I said most of the country has 7 or more (10 at my building) year wait time just to go full time. Then a 4 year progression to get to top rate. Just because you lap danced your way in or whatever your new made up story is doesn't mean everyone else did.

Feeders don’t go thru progression?
