Lets put it this way.
He is the only manager that has lasted over 5 years on the same center.
Word has it, he always got a big bonus for last year performance.
He was also best manager in peak ( literally almost 80% of the drivers were working less than 10 hours days).
Also dont forget he is the manager with the fanciest car in the building, had to give up his SUV cuz the building manager was making him his personal Uber driver.
