The link you gave had nothing to do with what he posted. The fact is blacks commit murders at a higher rate than any other racial group. And very disproportionate to their percentage of the population. That doesn't make all blacks evil or other nonsense but if you're black in a poor black neighborhood you're much more likely to be the victim of a violent crime than in other locations.
However, according to a study done by JAMA/Wharton in black middle class neighborhoods the gun homicide rate is 4 times higher than in a white middle class neighborhood.
