Wearing a reflective shirt with the strips and was told today after wearing it for a year I have to have a vest over top of it. What UPS Policy for reflective clothes.

the idea is our reflective vests can't get caught in a bad way in machinery as it just comes apart

it's a * policy but welcome to the United States of Lawsuits

No I got them free when I worked at my old job on the railway. They are class 2 when no writing on them. It's 95 degrees outside so I wear the shirt because I don't have to wear a shirt under it. It's a all in one and breathable.

That's why the railway gave them to us because people were passing out in the trains working because it's a oven in them.
