So I called the center and the OMS was calling me about a stop that I did 3 attempts on she told me that she wants me to leave the send again in my car and that she is going to make me do a 4th attempt because the customer said he has weird hours and that I didnt take the package to the neighbors. So I told her well in fact I did check the neighboring business and they must have weird hours too because they were not there either. She then told me well he said there is multiple business in the same complex. So being in my packet I didnt wanna tell her what is common sense that I nor does any other driver have time to walk around a complex lokking and asking people will they hold a package for a person thst has weird hours especially when your trying to make scrath. So the reason I say it was weird and is making me look in to the issue as far as do I "have to" if requested by OMS because she told me I know your in your 30 day packet and I didnt want you to get in to trouble so thats why I told you to call me. I know at my former employee we didnt have to go back because 3 attempts is 3 attempts and personally I think it sends a bad msg to a customer that they can do this all the time. That and the company already looses money on the 3rd attempt. One driver said I dont have to but I want more answers on thar. So my question to yall is do you have to if requested by a OMS or is she taking advantage of me because im new and dont know the dos and don't.. im not lazy im just trying to know my rights and not be pushed around because im new. As usual thanks for taking the time to read this.
Ok so I got a msg on my board saying call center.
