As far as turning them in, that's up to you.  I bet you'd be wasting your time as whatever agency you tell would just say "yeah, we know" and drop it.  Plus, if your customers found out you snitched on them, you might not make it to retirement.  So if you do tell, I wouldn't do it right away so they can piece together why DHS showed up the day after the UPS guy stopped by.</blockquote>
