What are tubes mounted on package car roof?

I've been retired for six years now. During a trip to Pittsburgh I saw a package car with two silver tubes mounted on the roof. They were on the drivers side and about two feet in diameter and maybe two feet tall. I asked what they were at my old center and they had no idea. Can anybody enlighten me?

I think they hold wires to all the new technology in these trucks.

Knowledge is key, Experience is power.
New rug slots so you can just go head first into a driveway and slam on the breaks to deliver that :censored2:. The ORION team said those no longer count as a real stop.

I'm pretty sure one of them is a lube dispenser. You know what the other one is... It's used for the days that they decide to really give it to you. Just bend over!
