Especially if I have a good steward working with me who is willing to help me squash little problems before they become problems. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #0000ff">The grievance process which can be viewed as a negative is actually a tool that allows the employee a chance to formally address issues where he feels he has been mistreated.
