What else can they do torture us?

This was very unusual for a large company or corporation and many of my friends who owned their own businesses were amazed at the level of decision making done at the bottom level of management. They would often comment that a center management person at UPS would make decisions that they as an owner of a business would only allow to make themselves. Those days appear to be in the past at UPS with the new philosophy that decisions are made at the highest levels possible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
