Yes but UPS owns 100% of SCS stock so that would make them the parent ,owner,creator and it is in black and white that if UPS enters into a business so as to duplicate the Employers common carrier operations it will be a violation of the contract.Its alot easier for management to pick up a phone and get Werner to get the load than have to worry about dispatching which bargain unit employee is going to get it and then make it LEGAL by calling it SCS.

Oh and by the way Werner is picking up loads from our shippers and taking it to our Local HUBS to be processed and we cant do a dang thing about it because UPS is saying that its supply chain solutions getting it and no its not hundred weight its individual boxes going different places ruffy
