Its funny, we were told before peak last year, "no more that 9 hours, this will be the easiest peak ever. That lasted less than 3 days. Was told again in February this year, "9.1 plan days for every one, no more over 9.5. I've had 6 weeks since the first week of march that I have been under 50 hours for the week. And now we are being told that no one will have over a 9.5 day after labor day because of all the extra drivers we will have. And with FedEx dropping out of the amazon game, that means more hell for us as the post offices around here handle just a portion of the ground volume from amazon so guess who gets the rest? We have no Amazon delivery around here, very little Lasership and maybe one or two DHL vans per week that I see. Can't wait for the 70 hour weeks to start after Thanksgiving this year.
