actually fyi im not a dumb unloader or loader.. im a sorter.. the best sorter this world has seenThere's nothing special about it all it means is that a trainer won't be down your throat anymore and you're expected to unload or load trucks faster than when you started you're still new in my opinion and UPS doesn't expect you to last longer than six months like most people I've been there 2 years which is a long time at UPS
