What is ups mail innovations

Ordered some things yesterday and the website says it is to be delivered by ups mail innovations. Is this another name for surepost

Similar to Surepost, except shipper puts package in a large yellow bag, somebody picks them up(at the hub) and delivers to PO, and then they finish the delivery. They may not even ship bag until it is full.

Wow I tracked it today it went from NYC to ohio to mi so far was told 10 days to get to upstate ny

It's pretty pointlessly dumb if you ask me. It's also the only time I won't consider people total idiots for putting their mail in a dropbox since the label actually does have "UPS" on it despite being a USPS package.

We have a tug load full for them to pick a couple times a week. Don't think they pick up every day.
