We had a driver get hit by a car in the dock area of a multi tenant industrial complex. Car was speeding behind the building to take a shortcut and hit the driver as he walked behind his package car.

Had another driver get hit crossing a residential street in a crosswalk.

Good question.

It was a 3 way stop. He was turning right. I was at the crosswalk, made eye contact, started to cross the street and he hit me. Less than 5 mph.

We had a driver get cranked by a car , he got a check from UPS. It wasn’t that much but he also had a side business so he took it and ran.....doesn’t sound that bad lol

Sounds like he knew you, are you sure it was an accident. I mean if I saw you walking on the crosswalk i might bend down for a minute to find that pop bottle i left there 2 months ago.
