The cake can later be glazed (after cooling) with a mixture of 1/4 cup of butter, 1-1/2 cups of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.</p><p> </p><p>Feel free to garnish with curls of lemon rind and enjoy!</p></blockquote><p></p>
