Line the muffin tin 15 with paper cups; set aside. In a med. bowl, combine the cake flour, rosemary, baking powder and salt; set aside.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'"><span style="color: #000000">Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl beat butter on med.-high for 30 seconds. Add granulated sugar, lemon extract and vanilla. Beat on med-high for 2 mins. 'til light and fluffy, scraping bowl.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'"><span style="color: #000000">Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture. Beat on low after each addition just until combined. Bake 22-25 mins, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in muffin tin on rack for 15 mins.
