Grease & flour a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs, butter, sugar, milk and vanilla until creamy and well blended. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir to blend. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix to combine. Slowly pour milk mixture evenly over holes on top of cake. Let cake cool 10-15 minutes more to absorb the liquid. Cover and refrigerate cake in pan at least 1 hr.
