</ul>Directions&nbsp;Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Dissolve jellos and boil for 2 minutes. Add pineapple and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. &nbsp;Add 23 large marshmallows (don&#039;t know why it has to be exactly 23 but that is what Mom does). Dissolve. Cool until partially set.&nbsp;Add cottage cheese, whipped cream and chopped pecans. Pour into 13x9x2 pan. Chill until well set.</blockquote>
