<li data-xf-list-type="ol">In microwave, melt caramels with 1/3 Cup evaporated milk.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">Sprinkly chocolate chips evenly on baked cake mix, cover with melted caramels.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">Top with the remaining half of cake mix. (I flatten it in my hand and piece it together on the top, a few cracks are ok).</li>
