Dot with softened margarine. </p><p> </p><p>Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. </p><p> </p><p>Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 8 to 10 times. </p><p> </p><p>Roll dough into 8" square; place over peaches.
